    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=8872">Cerebus</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6653<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;October&nbsp;2003 at 10:54am<br /><br /><P>Something happened to our webserver's internal clock and it whizzed out of control to about February 2004 before we caught it and fixed it.</P><P>A handful of posts got mis-dated, which was fixed quickly enough, but now we're finding that new posts aren't being flagged properly (no "new post" flags anymore).</P><P>If you hit "mark all posts as read" then any new posts during the immediate session are flagged as usual, but if you timeout or login to the site again later - everything is back to unflagged.</P><P>Looks to us like we've got a February date stuck in the database somewhere, but we're not sure where to look or how to fix it.&nbsp; Bottom line question: Is there a way to reset the whole forum to set all salient date fields to "now" without touching post dates or historical information?</P><P>Thanks.</P>]]>
