It shows the reply form after the last post so you can see what you are replying to.

You will only not see it if there are multiple pages in the topic, until you get to the last post in the topic on the last page.

There's one thing which I can't understand.

When opening a topic I see that sometimes you can post a reply at the bottom of the screen right away and sometimes you really need to click on the reply button which will transfer you to a new reply page.

I want that my users will be transfered to a new reply page in any case.
