No it cannot be installed on XP home (only pro). If you have a Windows 2000 CD it is possible to install it on XP home. XP Home doesn't always have IIS Server installed, occassionally I have heard of it being on some CD's but not all.

What you may be able to do is download WebMatrix, it has a built in test server which runs .NET and may well do for .asp

I downloaded the sample login screen available on the download section, and it doesn't seem to work. After I enter the login info, and click "login" the browser displays the ASP code from the "check_user.asp" file. I am trying to run it locally on XP Home, with no server software installed other that what comes with XP Home out of the box. I would like to be able to test ASP code, and it always fail for me. Do I need to do this on a server, or can I test local ASP codes and .mdb databases on a simple XP Home platform?
