Dear Friends!

I m Really in a Trouble:

I m using Web_Wiz_Forum on my site! one of the most important Post is Automatically Removed from my site's forum! and now i want to back it to the forum! i have that post in forum.mdb file, but this file is on my hard disk! so now tell me that what i will do, will it be good if i upload and overwrite that forum.mdb on the uploaded forum.mdb file, or tell me some way on which i can back my important post!
