Guessing by the OLE part of the error I'm guessing it could be adatabase error with drivers or the database drivers can't access theregistry.

Try downloading the latest MDAC drivers from www.microsoft.com/data if this doesn't help try searching google for this error.

I get a error when i go to the forum, outside the server

 I get

IIS error '8002801c' OLE Resgistry 

Any Ideas ?
