    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=12115">wistex</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7403<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;November&nbsp;2003 at 10:31am<br /><br /><P>Oh, another thing.&nbsp; I am also setting up a group of Facilitators in addition to the Moderators.&nbsp; They have additional stars and are identified as Facilitators of a forum, but they have no moderator rights.&nbsp; If they see something, they will contact a moderator or administrator to deal with it.</P><P>Kinda like a neighborhood watch where they call the cops if they see something suspicious.</P><P>It is also a good way to give someone extra stars and rank without giving them the keys to the kingdom.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=12115">wistex</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7403<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;November&nbsp;2003 at 12:10am<br /><br /><P>Yeah, we have a hard decision coming up ourselves.&nbsp; We&nbsp;will be&nbsp;adding new forums to our site, but won't have the time to moderate them all.&nbsp; </P><P>If we give them moderator rights to the people sponsoring the particular forum, we are giving them a lot of power.</P><P>I guess we will have to since we won't have time to moderate everything, and the sponsored forums will have their name on it.&nbsp; So if they are a dictator in their own forum, then it effects their reputation more than ours.</P><P>But I would still like to know what is going on.</P>]]>
