You can't just upload the files to a server! You need to do database-stuff! Read the help-files in your downloaded zip-files. Everything is explained in the help-files in the zip-file you dowloaded.
Also make sure that your server supports asp, etc...

PS. Don't make a topic with the subject "HELP". You could have written "Where is my forum?" or something instead. Help doesn't say anything at all!!!
