no. It's not that file. I mean the file mentioned in compact database: "If the 'Compact and Repair' procedure fails a backup of your database will be created ending with '-backup.asa' . But actually I didn't do the compacting. I you mean the ldb file, it is not a backup file it is the Jet Lock Database File. I sometimes see a backup file in my datebase folder. Is it automatically created by the forum itself ? I did not use compact function. Does it mean something ?
