Still sounds like a corrupted file, or something you have modified orchanged as allot of testing has been done on this feature which has notchanged in over 6 months.

Such errors are normally reported within the first day if such bugs exsist.

When I begin on this page:
http://www.bodychoir.org/forum/poll_create_form.asp?FID=10
I see the querystring is ?FID=10
Yet in the code on line 223 of poll_create_form.asp I see it wanting "PN" to send on when form is submitted.

document.frmAddMessage.action = "post_message.asp?PN=<% = CInt(Request.QueryString("PN")) %>"

So now I was able to submit the form to create a new poll.

And it goes to page with this querystring: "post_message.asp?PN="

And I get following error msg:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: 'UBound'

/forum/post_message.asp, line 540
