If you are using a free web host, then you pretty much get what you pay for.  There is no way to fix that problem if you are using a free web host since they control the server and how it's set-up.

The Active Users function is not supported on most free web hosts.  Sorry.

Turnaround here is pretty good on getting answers, but I still expect to wait at least 24 hours before getting a reply back.  I am often surprised at an earlier reponse though.

Writing three posts within three hours does not give you an answer any quicker. It can be that you are on a shared host like i.e. Brinkster so the application variables are shared, that means you may be seeing users online from other websites.
