The login system uses cookies.

This person needs to make sure that cookies are working in their browser.

If they are using IE it does suffer from a cookie index bug it's cookieindex gets corrupted. The only way to fix this is to delete allinternet files followed by the cookie cache (hopefully Microsoft mayfix this bug one day)

If they are still having problems suggest that they use a better browser like Mozilla Firebird

i have a user of my forum who is able to login no problem form work or from college but can't log in at home. does anyone know why this might be and what i can do to fix it? thanks!
