You need to edit the file select_avatar.asp in the includes folder.

It won't automactically pick up avatars in the avatars folder this needs to be done manually.

ok, so my free webserver doesn't support uploading, so i figured i could just upload avatars to my site through the file manager, and add them to the avatars section of the forum files.  now that i have done that, it should be able to allow people to see those avatars when they go to choose their avatars, shoudln't it?  if i have to do something, please tell me.  thanks!
