opps....found out the problem..it's bcoz I migrated the old V6.25 database to V7.6. The group id of administrator somehow changed to 2 only....it should be 1 instead. 1. I hv administrator login(weird that its not using my current P/w but still letmein???

2. Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page- its not allow me to go into Admin for setup??
