It could be a corrupted file, try reuplading files again.

If you are using a free web host often the adds they inject into the pages stop the forum from running correctly.

I have turned this off on my forum, as it was making it just centered text and had the webwiz link in every post.

Since I turned this off, none of the buttons on the reply box work, the bold, link, upload, italic...everything.
Even the smilies on the side dont show when you click them. (though if you click more and then click from that pop up they do show, but not in pm's).
