I think they mean the large web wiz logo at the top, is that right jkrus10414?

If so this can be changed from the admin section on the forumconfiguration page where there is a text box you can enter the path toyour own web sites logo.

If you put your image into forum_images folder then from the admin section you can enter the name of your image.

I have looked in the Skin_file.asp and did not find the path that can change the title pic in the upper left corner of all pages. Is swapping the title image the only way to accomplish this?
