A commericial site is one that is owned by a company, or is selling things.

A non-commercial site is things like personal home pages, non profitorganisations, charities, etc. adds on these types of sites don't makethem commercial sites.

He is trying to get help deciding which one he needs to purchase. Try reading before attempting to be snide.

Technically, any site the makes money or attempts to make money is commercial. Most of the time when a site makes money, its commercial, but if its a private website its non-commercial.

Its up to you, but if its going to be making money in the future its best to get a commercial license.
