Becuase of the way the Internet works it's almost impossible to trck users without cookies.

Without cookies the Internet is memoryless and each time the userclicks a page the server can not tell if that is the sae user asclicked on a previous page or not.

Hey, i was wondering if anyone can help me,trying to set up a forum but the server i am on wont allow the use of cookies,is there anyway other way/forum around that people know of that cookies are not needed,
