If you have a static ip, have your name registrar point your domain to it. localhost is your computer. No one else can access that.

You have to use a IP.

wow, i got it to run and everything, and i can access it using http://localhost:9998 (i cant use port 80 because of my ISP) but i tried accessing it from my domain name and i get nothing. Can anyone shed some light on this? I got it to change the port number and everything.
