    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9990<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;April&nbsp;2004 at 6:23am<br /><br />The error means the path is incorrect to the upload folder.<br><br>The default upload folder and path already entered into the uploadsetup page should be fine, just make sure the upload folder has writeand read permissions.<br><br>The path to be a relative path to the main forum files. eg.<br><br>If the forum files are in:-<br><br>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\<br><br>And tyhe upload folder is:-<br><br>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\upload\<br><br>Enter as the upload path:-<br><br>upload<br><br>Relative paths must be used not physical paths.<br>]]>

I am running win2000, IIS 5, &nbsp;SP4, Microsoft SQL Server 2000. I am able to upload using the template supplied by aspsmartupload but can never upload any image or attachment when I am trying to upload using the forum function( image attachment button).</P><P>I have the following file structure on my&nbsp;&nbsp;webserver. c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\admin\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\administrator\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\avatars\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\Documentation and FAQ's\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\functions\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\includes\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\language_files\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\security_images\<BR>c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\smileys\</P><P>My server web page is set to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\&nbsp;<BR>If&nbsp;I type the URL <A href="http://localhost/" target="_blank">http://localhost/</A>&nbsp;it &nbsp;will point to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum\default.asp</P><P>I am able to access to my forum page but I can never do any image attachment.
