i get this error when i try to set individual user permissions in the admin area.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e10'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Too few parameters. Expected 1.

any ideas?

I think you update your forum to RC1 and forgot a field in the db, with a clean install it works fine.

Tip, install a clean forum to, if sometinf didn;t work in the updated try it first in the clean install, before asking it here.....

it does work with clean install obviously... but thats not what i need help with.

use the migrator to convert your ver6 db and it will work perfict.
