When I want to register a new user , I can't see  the 6 digit code shown in image format.I am sure cookies are enabled on my browser.how can I change the asp files to cancel this  digit code ?

not everything depends on version.. and you dont need to rewrite any code.. just dont use frames and url masking domains like .tk

Are you sure you correctly upload the images in Security_images or something? check the directory, if that's okay try uploading again.

this is most likely a cookie problem because he is running the forum inside a frame, or using an url masking domain like .tk..
