I recently received mails like this:

I don't know this jose@da-america.com and never send him a message!!!, is my PC infected and sending mails or what?

Ignore it.

Many viruses these days not only send the virus to everyone in the inffected computers address book, but they also take a random email address from the list and use that as the senders address.

Virus scanning software shouldn't really send these types of emails to the sender address anymore as it is completly useless as they arn't actually informing the person who sent it but spooking other people.
