Have you looked into WorldPay? I know that Bruce here uses there services for Web Wiz and they seem to be okay.

This probably isn't very relevant, but Korean payment gateways are very cheap to run. If you have a large volume, the you really need to look at the price per successful/failed transaction and the % that they will take. I know large companies that have paid more that I have simply because they were too lazy to look. I was paying 3.3% with zero fees above that, which I have yet to find better.
