Active User is not working on my forum pls help me

hi all,
I have one problem about "Active users" it always show "0" user.
(I did not change all scripts at all)
 
can someone help me?

You may have a corrupted file so first try reuploading the files again.

If your server has an issue holding the session data in it's memory and you are having to use the database to store session data then this will also mean that the active users feature will not run as it requires data to be stored in the web servers memory.
