add .txt and viewing

I have a table that reads an access database and "spits" out the information in that database. I can read, update, and delete from this database via a form on the internet. now... i need to be able to add .txt or any kind of document for that matter through the same basic forms. then in the page that reads the database and spits it out into a table i need to be able to link to these documents. how can i do this?????
