Admin access difficulties

Hi there,

I'm running the newest version of the forum and have encountered a strange problem.

I am the admin user.  I can log in to the forum and post and do all that good stuff.  However, when I try to log in to the admin panel, it tells me I don't have sufficient privledges.  How can that be?  I'm the only admin user.

Also, new forum users are not being assigned to the group selected in the admin screen, but rather the first group in the database.  Any ideas?

As to your starting group issue, try resetting the starting group from the admin area to see if that fixes the problem. If either these issues persist try re-uploading all the files again, in case you have a corrupted file.

When I try to log in to the admin area I get the error message "You don't have sufficient privledges"  What do I need to look for in the database so that I can make sure the passwords are synched up?  There is only one admin user and it's me.
