Admin being timed out

	every time I log into the admins back end, Its seems every 5 minutes even if I am active I get timed out. What can I change to stop that?

	This usually indicates issues with the server holding the ASP session. This can happen if you use load balanced servers that are not setup for ASP Sessions, if your web sites application pool is using multiple worker processes, or there are issues with the server and the application pool keeps resetting.

	Thanks Bruce, I contacted my hosting co. and they fixed the problem for me.
