OK,
I'll try and help,
do you have any security on your computer that may be bloking cookies
inadvertantly, cookies need to be fully enabled, and sometimes some
security progs like mcaffee etc can get in the way of that unles you
fully enable cookies from the site direct to the prog (ie macafee etc)

No security what so ever cookies are enabled, tried it on 4 different pc's

I can't understand why everyone else can got to your admin section apart from yourself.
You are hitting the 'Accept' button when the license agreement comes
up? I would think it's something to do with the server setup, but it
can't be if everyone else can access your admin section.
