administrator name on post

ive noticed that when an administrator posts a message, it doesnt display the administrator username but rather the const

strTxtForumAdministrator

is there anyway to change this?? so that the name next to the post is the same as the username of the administrator?

i know that i could easily just change the const to the value that i want, but im sure that there might be another way
