I assume the pop-op menus are ajax driven. Well, I recently did a major change over from version 7.9 to 9.6 and also went from access to mysql. Got everything over fine, no issues really. Had the forum running today for the first time, no problems, everything worked. I come back later tonight, and I go to edit a post (no pop-up menu). I go to click on moderator (same thing). I of course check all the permissions, and everything is fine. I ask my buddy to look, none of the buttons function for him now either.

Any ideas?

Did you make an error changing something in the CSS file?

Usually 9 out of 10 times when people have this error it is because they have edited the includes/header.asp file and removed the link to version 9's javascript file.

Make sure you have the following link in your header file:-

<script language="javascript" src="includes/default_javascript_v9.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Yeah, thanks for the answer. I actually figured this out yesterday. I didn't even edit the file, but I think I looked at it, and saved it by accident... really weird, but I just re-copied the original, and everything worked fine.
