Hi,

 

We just had our forum hacked http://www.pokerspilleren.dk/hack/fora/forum_closed.asp

 

How do we reinstate the forum on our site?

-         We cannot login

-         When we try to upload a new version of the forum on the website, the forum is closed and this picture shows up again.

-         We tried to change the name of the database, and also the path in common.asp, but these guys keep showing up.

 

What do we do in order to get rid of these guys? We run version 7.92

Looks like you didn't follow the install instructions and place the Access folder in a secure location:-

http://www.webwiz.net/web_wiz_forums/docs_access_move_db.asp

You also need to get your web host to lock down your server and disable write permissions on directories within your site to prevent hackers uploading their own files.
