Help !
My webhoster (1&1) use asp filup and not aspupload.
I ask for installing aspupload component, but tehy don't want...Cry
 
Is it possible web wiz forum compatible with aspfileup ? (please say yes)
 
I can't change my webhoster for the moment. And i pay for adrvertissement removed, but i can't use upload.
 
How can i do it ?

There are a number of users that use the upload tools in web wiz froums on 1&1 you just need to change the upload component in the admin area to one used by 1&1.

However, don't expect to much help from 1&1 setting up the upload permissions etc. as 1&1's feedback from it's users is very bad.

Thank u for quick answer, but i don't understand, because i tried all upload tools... no one works. I'm sur that permissions are good on target folders.

If anyone use web wiz forum with an 1&1's win pack pro, please tell me how it work !!

a plugin with asp fileup is possible ?

To be honest that is not a surprise at all with 1&1.

Allot of users have issues with uploads on 1&1 because they either have incorrect permissions or they have neglected to install the component on the server that the person is on.

The difficult battle is trying to actually get the 1&1 support staff to actually do anything about it.

Do a search of this forum as a number of users have posted issues with 1&1, but my advice is to get a decent web host and stay well away from 1&1.
