To retrive data from a form if you are using the post method you would do something like this.

Dim informationofForm

informationofForm = Request.Form("formFieldName")

if your form is using the get method then you would do.

informationofForm = Request.QueryString("fornFieldName")

Ok you are new, best help. Start reading online tutorials, decide what language you want to code in. C# VB or someother what type of a database you want to work with access, SQL 2005 or whatever. Buy some good books write some code. Here is a link to get you started.

It doesn't happen overnight, I get stuck all the times and web boards like this one is where you will find some of the best help. If you are starting out I would not start out with vbscript. Go for vb.net or C# or both of them.
