In features it is written that it is possible but some components are required. What is that ?

You need to have one of the supported upload components installed on the server.

All good web hosts will support at least 1 upload component, unless you use free web hosting, then you will find that many of the advanced features will not work as free web hosting accounts have many features removed as they are given as a taster so that you upgrade to a full account when you want to run more advanced software.

Have a look in the admin section of the Upload Configuration page, it contains a list of supported upload components and were you can get them from.

The best one is AspUpload
