	The avatar selection control is missing in admin_add_member.asp (this is also true in version 8), and tabbing jumps from 'Real Name' field to 'Homepage' field missing out 'Gender'.

	This page is going to be updated, we were hoping for the end of this week, but with the number of support questions we are presently getting about this tool it may need to be delayed for next week.
