Thanks but unfortunately unless you are a client there is no way to contact them.
 
Really just getting frustrated now. Cant believe its this hard.

When we moved from a California host to their server, I didn't have to do hardly anything at all. They moved our forums for us!

Thing is - you have to make the effort to contact them just as if you were buying anything on-line......
