Banner Auto Resize?

Hello, I recently installed the latest free version onto my website and created a banner. Now I've noticed (unless I can't see it) that if you use a banner that is generally too big for your monitor the website doesn't recognize it is and auto re-size as I've seen with most sites and forums before. Is it me being silly and not noticing a setting I need to have on or does the software (the free version) have this feature?
