Hi
i have still not resolved my image uploading urlrewriting thing but its a host problem and he will be doing it.

now I have one more problem
I am getting spams from one member how do i BAN this member...permanently

i cant find any way.. to do that..

If you edit the members profile as an admin you can suspend the users account.

If you have email activation enabled then they would not be able to signup again using the same email address.

If they are using a static IP (have a look at their posts) you can also ban their IP address.
