It can't be done in Outlook to my knowledge.  And I doubt that Micro$oft will add that feature.

I bet you are sending out newsletters or to mailing lists.  That is the only reason why you would need such a feature (which is why Micro$soft probably won't add it to Outlook BTW).

If you are doing that, then I would suggest getting a program designed for that.  It would allow people to subscribe and unsubscribe, and you can permanently add people to a no e-mail list.  Even if they (or someone else) adds their e-mail to the mailing list again, the no e-mail list would override that.

There are many software packages out there.  You just have to look.  There are also services you can subscibe to as well.

One I used to use is called Group Mail.  It is for sending to mailing lists and has the feature you requested.

----

If you are not sending out mailing lists or newsletters, then I would also have to suggest Human Willpower 1.0 or better.  And if you opt to get Meditation 2.0, you will be able to get a free upgrade to Human Willpower 5.0 after several months*.

(*Human Willpower 5.0 is not available in stores and can only be purchased as an add-on item when purchasing Meditation 2.0 or better, Discipline 2.0 or better, or any version of Military Training [Expansion Packs sold seperately].)

Also, you should already have Human Willpower 1.0 installed.  It comes standard on all HCM Computers (HCM = Human Computing Machines).  It does, sometimes, get corrupted and needs to be re-installed, however.  And it can be upgraded at any time.

-----

Seriously, try Group Mail or another software better suited for what you need.  Outlook probably wasn't designed to do some of the things you are trying to do with it.

I've tried all versions of Human Willpower and they all have the same bug. It normarly works like a charm but when I try to enable the anti-nicotine feature it starts crashing on me.

With a lot of tweaking I've got it to run for about a week without crashing but eventually it crashes. Usually when my gal runs Newport 5.6 on another workstation close by it causes it to crash.

Any ideas.?

Have you tried applying the Nicorette 2.1 patch for problems with the anti-nicotine feature?
