URLs pasted into a post as a link or directly as text which contain single quote (eg ' ) will have the quote stripped out.  Here's an example:
 
 
Move your mouse over the link and notice that the single quote is not there in the URL that the browser actually sees....

This is not a bug but done by design.

Single quotes are not generally used in URL's but are used to launch XSS Hacking, SQL Injection, and other malicious hacking attempts, for this reason single quotes are stripped from URL's in Web Wiz Forums.

OK.  I have told the web admin not to allow any single quotes in URLs any more.
