I am a little tied with a problem how to calculate shipping costs. I have written a script to get UPS costs for a singel item, no problem but if a customer orders multipel items, let's say 5 Books and a jar of gums, I sure could just add the shipping weight but at this point how would I figure the exaxt size of the box. I cannot guesstimate here as for what I am doing some parts have to be shipped alone and some can go in the same box. Does anyone have an idea the big storefronts do that, so they can give exact costs??
