Can the newspad create blogs for each member?

	I have several thousand members and many are wishing to have their own blog style system on our website. Does newspad allow for each member to have their own blog? or is it just for the admin or selected people to edit 1 blog? I looking to create more of a 'community' of people with their own blog. I know Communityserver does this, though we have already tried this software and it was not suitable. I look forward to your answer. Thanks. Anthony.

	NewsPad is a eNewsletter and Site News Bulletin software. It has some similar features to blogging software, but it is not a blogging tool.

	One other questions, is there a limit of how many bulletins we can post? I plan on using it more as a blog rather than a newsletter application. with that in mind, I will probably be posting about 5 or 6 articles per day which will add up to the thousands in about a year. Will that be a problem and put too much strain on the db or something?
