Do you mean if I don't get the hosting from you? no help for me here, if that the case, sorry for wasting your time cause I am not going to get hosting anywhere.

Thank very much.

If you could listen to the advice given then there is no need to move your forums hosting to our network.

The problem is that I have given you advice, like the need of using SQL Server for the size of forum you have, and you then ignore this advice and use mySQL, which will certainly give errors.

The mySQL version  of Web Wiz Forums uses a different schema so moving from Access to mySQL is not a simple procedure as the database needs to be modified to greatly modified to work after the migration, something which takes our engineers best part of a day to do, and we know the database inside out.

Even if you do get the database to work quite often we see mySQL getting corrupted when the database gets over 300MB in size.

These are some of the reasons for saying to use SQL Server, which is advice you choose to ignore.

You should go back to the Access database and try upsizing to SQL Server. This will hopefully work although from lots of experience from doing this it can take anything from 30 minutes to 8 hours to get a good working upsized web wiz forums database, but is the simplest option.

I can not see the issue that you have that if you have a dedicated server you can not use the services of anyone else. We host forums for companies like Microsoft here on our network and they have their own data centres throughout the world. This does not stop them from using us as it takes the hard work of installing, upgrading, managing, securing, etc. away from yourself, thus saving you time and hassle.
