Cannot get into forum administrative access

How do you tell what version you are on?

When your forum homepage is on the browser window, click view source and it should say something like:

/* *******************************************************
Software: Web Wiz Forums(TM) ver. 9.55
Info: http://www.webwizforums.com
Copyright: (C)2001-2009 Web Wiz(TM). All rights reserved
******************************************************* */

or in your forum folder, find the includes folder, and look at version_inc.asp file which will tell you what version you have

If you cannot access your admin area then follow these instructions here

If you are using Active Directory then there will be a built in admin account that you do not use with Active Directory. It is this account which is only used to access the admin area and you do so by going directly to teh admin.asp page and logging in directly to the admin area using this account.
