Cant add record to database

 

I have create my web application in XHTML and validation in javascripting. Now I am connecting application with MS Access database using ASP.

In my application I have create two text box whic are first name and last name and submit button to add record to my database. In my access database , I have created three fiels whic are ID (autonumer), first name (text) , family Name.. WHen I submit my application , I can see number increment in database but cant see first and last name in my application.. Here, I am giving you my link from where I got an idea about this application.. Please unzip this application which is guest application and in this application you have to dowanload "guesbook.html" , "buestbook.asp" and "add_to_guestbook.asp" with guest database... Please run this application with IIS and checkout my problem same as in this application....

Its really urgent .... pls send me good and easy solution that why am I not able to add data except auto number incremental...
