Hey!
When I should upload an avatar I've got the wrongmessage;
 

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

the support forums are best for this.

ussually this happens if
  • you don't have the uplaod comonent on the server
  • you don't have read,write, permssions
  • you haven't set a for uplaods, also needs read/write permssions.

in the uplaod configuration section of the admin are, it has a list of components, you need to check if your web host has any of those components on their web servers.

if hosting it yourself you can download one from the creaters site, if its free, or want to pay for it.
