change password dose not let me login after

Hello I have an odd issue here, I am testing these forums and doing final adjustments before we buy the license and whenever I change the password on any of our test accounts it does not let us log in after agian, it says that username/password is incorrect. I look in the database and the password is correct (Except with the salt on it). So If I modify the password without the salt added on it works just fine. Anyone have any ideas?

I fixed this by removing the salt from the password and made the salt coloum null. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

it is advisable to have the salt added to passwords. it looks like the register.asp or the login page has become corrupt have/did you try re uploading.

also try re downloading from here and uploading
