	Apparantly you do it in the skins_file.asp - but mine just says: 'Avatar Size '----------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- Dim intAvatarHeight 'Avatar hieght Dim intAvatarWidth 'Avatar width So what do I change that too?

	hmmm.. you are not using the original wwf skin file

	You are actually using a multiple skin mod dum dum You'll have to change the avatar size one by one for each skin.
