	The advertisement banner that appears under the menu in the free version, can we place it somewhere else? For example: - In the footer? - In the header image (Our logo on left, banner at right, and menu bar below)?

	Sorry no, they are in that position as tests show they are more likely to be clicked on. You can always purchase a license key if you want to remove them and also help support the software's future development and support costs.
