How do you change the main colors like the test and background, as well as the table colors? I looked in the default.css and i could only change the test color for a few things

No, the ability to resize images is something that is built into browsers.

i meant like making it so instead of inserting the image it inserts [:)] or something like that

I don't remember which file I used, But I don't think it was skin_file.asp .  What else could I have used?

there is something like if its rte, then insert emo, otherise insert code, edit that to insert code even if its rte... you will have to play a little bit with asp, but i am sure you can do it
